Nursery Education Funding
Early years funding is a national scheme, administered by local authorities, which offers funded childcare hours with an Ofsted registered provider. Free early years funding is available for working families up to 30 hours with children over 9 months subject to meeting certain criteria, some 2 year old funding and universal 15 hours funding for 3 - 4 year olds. A variety of funded hours are available depending on the child's age and family's situation.
