Pre-School Fees

We are a charity and non profit making oranisation where any surplus made goes back into the setting to ensure we provide the highest care and learning opportunities. Annual reviews to the rates are carried out to ensure the long term viability of Pre School. We aim to keep our fees as competitive as possible whilst maintaining a high quality service.

Additional hours purchased over non funded hours including breakfast club between 8-9am
Hourly rate of £6.25 for 3 and 4 year olds.               Hourly rate of £6.75 for 2 year olds 
Invoices are issued each term. Fees may be paid weekly, monthly or half termly for all sessions booked, including those missed due to holiday or illness 
   
Early Morning drop off between 8.30-9am  £3.50 per session

Morning snack comprising a carbohydrate and fresh fruit/vegetables* - 50p per morning session attended

Additional voluntary service - Forest School for our older Pre School group * - £5. per session each week

Administration fee to cover pre starting visits and enrolment paperwork - £30.00

Late collection Fee - £15 for first 15 minutes over allocated collection time. £10 for every 5 minutes thereafter

Late Invoice Payment.  Invoices are requested to be paid within 14 days unless prior arrangement made with the management
£20 late payment fee and £20 for representing an unpaid cheque. Daily interest charged 3% above Bank of England base rate 

For non funded sessions you may either book a morning session (9-12) or an afternoon one (12-3) or both (9-3) to suit your requirements (subject to spaces being available).  We recommend a minimum of 2 sessions booked
*Please let the manager know if you wish to opt out of these additional services. Should you wish to provide your own mid morning snack for your child these must be in line with our Food and Drink Policy and take into account any allergies or allergen risk.
